Any time you click the Full Game Listings on an account, it takes forever to load and then turns up with the following "Error Encountered" message:

Error Encountered
Sorry, but there has been an error with your request. Go back to the Ladder Index and try again later.

I checked back later as recommended and it's always like this. A lot of people still play and enjoy this game and would like to check their statistics and FGL. Just wondering if you were aware of this situation.

last august someone made another thread about it even though mine had just been bumped back on top of the first page. it's good, we should have as many threads about this as possible if you ask me. for a while both threads were up there right next to each other, reminding them about it. they've slipped on the second page now.

neither thread has received a blizz response, but we know they've read them. they keep replying to the threads next to them. they read everything on the tech side, but they don't choose what discussions to join based on where new info or help is needed, because their job is to make blizzard look good, not to help us or to work with us. ( not that they succeed in it ). if you want to discuss this with the clueless community managers, you should do it on the tech section. I don't think they'll respond though. until they're told a fix is coming, they only look bad in such a thread.

the advanced stats pages are something they've always had to manually update and they used to do it daily. slowly that turned into monthly, which is fine by me too, but lately they haven't even done that. I don't know when exactly this error thing started, but it used to only delay access to the site. now it's all dead so it looks like it's all some piled up issues because of poor maintenance. for some reason the asians have no error( their site is in seoul, the others are somewhere at USA ).
