I have not been able to log into them for the past 5 days, only Asia and Europe have access. For east and west it goes through the motions of accessing it, gets to the "accessing account" part and goes back to the servers page. I heard it was still down for maintenance around the 12th is this true?

No they are not down, typically if you are unable to connect to some realms but can connect to others, it means if you have an extended 2 week IP ban (usually caused by the system detecting you trying to connect with an illegal CD-key)

I had just bought starcraft broodwar chest from walmart a week earlier so a fresh cd key not illegal...wth
