I recently came back from a hiatus and I found that all of my characters, except my mules no longer work. Its weird to me that some are invalid but others aren't, would you mind fixing this?

The four characters you listed expired a while ago. Characters will expire after approximately 90 days of inactivity, at which time the name becomes available for anyone to use. If someone else uses the name, then the old character is overwritten. Be sure to keep your characters active by playing each of them in a game at least once every 90 days. This will ensure the name does not get taken by someone else.
If someone does not take the name of an expired character, then it will reactivate the next time you play like your mules did.
