Can anyone tell me why my cd key has been disable this is the first time this has
happened and i have been playing 10+ years on and off and have had this cd key since d2 came out..

Neither cd-key on the Battle.net account "Riayoko " is registered to is disabled. What error message are you seeing exactly? Are you playing from a computer that may have used different keys to install the games?
