Glad to learn someone's looking into this.

It's no fun losing access to my characters just when I'm getting into the game again after many years of not playing.

Just curious though, this is the first time I posted a ticket for a Blizzard product. How can I tell when it's being looked at? Can I expect some feedback on it? So far, there's nothing, though I shouldn't fret I guess, the 48 hours aren't up yet, just over 24 in fact. Just eager to get back to 'connection interrupted'-free playing again. :)

Can we get some more character names that are missing? Please post and use the exact character spelling. We need the exact name to be able to look it up. Thanks.

(You should be able to find your character names in your Diablo II\Save\USEast folder)

I fixed the ones you listed but I need the exact spelling of the others. I can't do any sort of lookup on a partial name. Get on the account and access each character in order to refresh their expiration timers.

Fixed except for "junkinthetrunk", which appears to have expired and someone else used the name back on 2012-05-12. No way to get that one back assuming you've spelled it correctly.

It should be level 95 and on ladder, not 98 and NL.
