First of all, a little background information. I am footmen player, and yes we are still around. Do not reply to this post with "but footies is dead" - I've played literally close to 10,000 games since the summer of 2010, its not dead. I finally decided to post because I have always been really curious about the Asian realm. If you frequent sites like reddit and 9gag, the running joke is that Asian are the PROEST players and that vsing them is a gauranteed loss. The ironic thing about this is that 99% of the asian realm players are TOTAL AND COMPLETE IDIOT WORTHLESS NOOBS. They have complete gibberish screen names, dont talk, dont know how to properly play a footies game ( no pub game ever comes close to an ih, but these asian players really know how to ruin a game with feed and the like). My first question is... what gives? Why are these korean players so dumb. Sometimes an asian with a gibberish screen name like naf78daos8u90, will join the game, dl the map (dlers are generalized as scum) and IMMEDIATELY leave. I have seen this sooooo many times. Can anyone explain to me what is going on here? The second part I would like to adress is that usernames (again complete gibberish) are joining these games and spoof chechking. No asian idiot would be smat enough to know how to spoof, they simply dont have the intelligence to know how to do this. It means they are a bot. They are joining the games and having an infinite load time, thus ruining the game. I dont expect anyone to really have a solution to this problem and to be honest Im not really trying to fix it. I am extremely curious as to whats going on, and I hope someone here can shed some light on this issue. (p.s. ofc i made a lot of offensive generalizations in this post, but I have seen sooooo many dumb idiot players and worthless game joining bots from the asian realm that I am referring only to these morons, apoligize in advance if I offended anyone on this possibly sensitive issue and I am hoping some intelligence can be shed on the situation)
i didn't read the rest but have you really played "close to 10,000" games since summer of 2010?
if we consider that to be two years even, that's over 13 games per day, every day. if a game of footies lasts 10 minutes (i think it's usually more?) that's 2 hours a day for two years. not weekends, not some days, every day.
have you really been spending 8 percent of your time playing footman frenzy for two years? either you're really bad at estimating or yikes
