Ok, we have five computers on the same home network (4 wired, 1 wireless, 2 routers). When a game is hosted, four people can join the game, but when the fifth person joins it kicks someone out of the game. Any ideas how to fix?

If it's LAN hosted you prolly got a setup problem inside your network.
2 routers on 1 network sounds like they are not set up correctly to work fine with each outer.
If it's b.net hosted: the max number of allowed players per online IP is 4.
