cant connect on east but able to connect to west ..
getting this message "Unable to connect to battle.net. Yo may be trying to connect to an invalid bnet server..."

The IP address you've posted from was recently used to violate the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement - http://www.battle.net/tou.shtml. The most common causes for this are: connecting to Battle.net with an invalid CD-Key, spamming the chat channels, use of flood or load bots, harassing another user, and/or the use of a third party program(s).
The IP address has warranted a lengthy restriction and will not be able to access Battle.net on USEast for another 13 days.
