i just re-installed using a cd key i purchased from the blizzard store about 2 years ago. i haven't played in about a year but figured i'd get in some d2 playing time before d3 comes out.
for some reason i don't have access to only the uswest server. the rest work. i dont know what this could be, as i haven't been online to do anything wrong and get banned fromt he server....

The IP address you've posted from was recently used to violate the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement - http://www.battle.net/tou.shtml. The most common causes for this are: connecting to Battle.net with an invalid CD-Key, spamming the chat channels, use of flood or load bots, harassing another user, and/or the use of a third party program(s).
The IP address has warranted a lengthy restriction and will not be able to access Battle.net (USWest) for another 5 days.
