Hey I am unable to see games in the lobby on normal difficulty, ladder. This started a few days ago. I've tried with characters on a different account but it makes no difference.

Occasionally ill get one or two that will appear for a brief second but they are called Royd2_com and apparently don't exist. Could someone explain what exactly is going on here? Friends of mine say they have a populated game list and I had one a few days ago.

Another thing i noticed is when i make a game it gets flooded with bots, and when they all leave the game continues to say the game is full, forever. Why does this happen?

I think most people are playing with level restrictions and because your characters are out of that range, you're unable to see any other games. Or they all get full from the mass joins of spambots and they get knocked out of the list.

Hopefully with the release of D3, the item sites won't be able to make a profit and will shut their bots down.

I am having this same exact problem. I am almost certain that it's not an issue of level difference. I tried creating a game earlier tonight so that a friend of mine could join me, each of us playing brand new level 1 characters. They had a fully populated game list but could not find the game that I had just created. When my friend tried to create the game, I could not find their game listed in the lobby and saw only a couple of games available, one of which was Royd_2 or something.

We are both attempting to play USEast. As another curiosity, I am unable to select any other realms. The only realm option presented to me at all is USEast.

Battle.net [last time I investigated] doesn't filter games even if they aren't applicable to you due to level restrictions.

As pointed out the problem your having is most likely due to all the activity involving game meta-data (capacity, duration, ect) and thus not related to you specifically.

I just did a check out of curiosity myself and am observed the same behaviour.

I'm having the same problem, same Royd2 games aswell, can't see any other games, opened my ports, tried another cd-key, unplugged my router, turned off my firewall, created a new character and it was able to see games for a bit and then stopped, can't level any chars because they end up having this problem. I don't know what to do. I also re-installed the game. I can join/create games but can't see any games except those Royd2 games, hopefully someone knows what to do...
