Every time I try to connect to any of the realms I get the "Unable to connect to Battle.net" message immediately .
I did some research, tried the fixes displayed here:

and then found out I was temporarily banned.
I made this thread hoping someone can tell me why and how long until it ends, because I'm pretty sure it's been almost 2 weeks!

The IP address you're posting from Is temporarily restricted from USEast. These are done if the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement is violated - http://www.battle.net/tou.shtml. The most common cause for this is connecting to Battle.net with an invalid (non-Battle.net) CD-Key but anything from that agreement can cause a restriction.
From what I can see the restriction is almost over. I'd try back again after 24 hours.
