It happens very often that i can not log back into my diablo 2 account when i mule or when i do a lot of runs.
I know that this "realm downs" are designed to prevent spambots etc. but the spambots don't care about it at all !
The only thing that happens is that normal players like me are getting more and more frustrated.
Sometimes it takes very long untill i can play again and i'm getting really sick of it.
I can live with all the smal bugs diablo2 has, but why do i have to get kicked and restricted from the server all the time it's just unfair and useless.

These realm downs are meant to kick off anything causing too much server stress. The bots getting kicked off was an initial side effect of its implementation. The bots get around it because their programmers implemented a pause before creating/joining/quitting games. If you're muling and trying to log back in within two seconds because you're afraid of getting a "realm down" you may accidentally be causing your problems.
Everyone and their brother wants to have a couple angelic sabers.

each time you leave the game
count to ten
then re enter the game and see if that helps you
