I recently reinstalled WC3 TFT to play with some friends and find I cannot log in to US east. I ran the diagnostic tool and get error 10054, which I've found means I am banned.
Why am I banned? I haven't even logged on to battle.net since 2008.
I can't understand why I'm unable to use a product I have payed for, and have owned for almost a decade. I'd love to hear an answer.
