And i can guarantee you this, if d3 has the same stupid flaws, there are other options and games out there. Although i would prefer to play d3.

Every game to date has game flaws. You fix something, you break something else, or upgrade something or remove something and experience crashes, broken items, bad characters, etc.

I agree on this, but there is a line between discomfort and fury. And i was furious. Lets hope that d3 is going to fullfill our expectations...otherwise Blizzard will loose many fans. Patience is runing off...You must keep customers happy...

Business is about product and or service, that is the true bottom line. Without it the business has nothing. That was my origional point. Businesses can successfully run as nonpropit or not for profit and do, but without the product or service it has nothing.

That was my origional point. I got off track thinking about how Blizzard's lost leader (D2) has become a poor product and the service they provide with it is just as bad. As I type this there are 37,000+ games of D2 lod being played on b.net by 43,000+ users. If Blizzard did something about the bots the user numbers would likely increase significantly. More and more people would be happy with Blizzard's service which would build them a better reputation for quality service. The value of their stocks would increase. I'm not wanting to poke thorns at Blizzard, I'm just pointing out some weaknesses that have a negative impact on the company now and in the future.

I don't know if I can agree to all of what you said. But I can agree there could be more that they do and likely results building their reputation.

Again, there is a whole slew of issues that impact this and variables to why this is neglected beyond just money.
