Haven't been able to log on to US east for a month. I get to the accessing account thing and then it kicks me back to server selection

What error message do you receive? Are you able to connect to other realms? Sounds like an extended IP ban but I'll need more info first

no error message. as soon as its done accessing account it just puts me back at the server selection. i can log on to other servers.

It lasts 2 weeks and usually the result of trying to connect with a generated or illegal CD-key, let's find out for sure tho:

Download the Diagnostic Tool created by Win32, below:
(http://www.Lordaeron.org/BnetDiagTool.zip).

Extract the files and then execute the program inside.

Type:
connect useast.battle.net

Now, post the contents of Log.txt in a reply to this thread so it can be reviewed.
