Right, after reading countless threads on this issue I may as well post mine.
I recently reinstalled warcraft3 to play some DOTA with some mates. Problem is, I can't connect to any battle.net servers yet they can. I have owned the game for a long, long time and has been bound to my battle.net account since 06/2010. This is a valid CD key which I bought, if I get the same generic response of 'illegal CD key' I am gonna flip. The only issue I can possbily see is my brother who is behind the same router last used the game a few months ago. If Blizzard's system locked me out because of this, I have nothing else to say but fix the shoddy system. Two people could never play on the same CD key anyway why break it so two people in the same house can't play.
Hopefully I don't have a temp restriction but if I do give me the exact specifics instead of the generic response about ToU.

The IP address you're posting from doesn't have any current restrictions on it. You mentioned you were unable to connect to any realms. I'd recommend checking for any firewall or security programs that could be blocking access to the game or port 6112.
