I think they should. Seeing that you are already able to use "Wand of the Wind" on tanks. I think Druid of the Talon should be able to Cyclone tanks as well (No Organic units if you would). Since, Chims can only do magic damage to tanks, even though they have the same type of armor as buildings, and since that a Keeper of the Grove, cannot entangle a tank.
Humans already have good enough AA against NE, Hawks, Riflemen, Polymorph, Gryphons. I think it is only fair to give NE a way better way to beat tanks. MG's seige damage works great against them, but you can only make so much of them. Glaive Throwers die to easily to later game units, as do Huntresses. Dryads take way to long to kill something that durable.
Bears work the best so far, while keeping some glaive throwers out back. But it sucks when I high level BM, just walks past your entire army and kills of of them in 3 hits (team games).
In some solo matches, I had some humans try to fly my whole armry and kill those glaives but, they just died because they had to fly through my Dryads.
If Tanks can get Innerfire... they should be able to get Cursed, Cycloned, anything that might effect them for the same reason Innerfire can effect Mechanical units.
