Any active clan will know what this is. We're talking hundreds upon hundreds of Starcraft accounts joining your clan channel and spamming for days at a time, if not longer.
Flood bots are absolutely ruining Warcraft 3, especially on USEast, and we can all thank zA.Fierce and eXiLed over at Clan WWL for that.
E-mails regarding the subject do not get responded to and are brushed off as no big deal, yet it's one of the biggest issues plaguing the game. Personally, I think it's pathetic that a couple kids still find enjoyment doing this on a game that's 8 years old, but it needs to be fixed.
Blizzard, why not introduce a simple patch that would allow an option for clans to restrict Starcraft or Diablo accounts from joining their channel, rather than having to go into a lockdown mode? Anything is better than nothing.
Blue response would be appreciated. I would actually, genuinely appreciate a blue response on this. Why is nothing being done to prevent this?

Tech support doesn't handle this kind of stuff. It belongs in the suggestions board: http://forums.battle.net/board.html?forumId=12016&sid=3000
People working at Blizzard does check that board but cannot post in it for legal reasons :/
I highly doubt any suggestions from there or patches will be made though

Sorry but I no longer offer tech support for Diablo and Diablo 2 because I know the answer to your question already, THERE IS NO COW LEVEL!!!
