is there like guides somewhere i can read over to try to get a look at the races so i can learn them a bit faster?

like for example id like to find some more information on night elves so i can speed up the learning process a bit. i just dont really know where to look cause it doesnt seam that wc3 has something like a teamliquid

Warcraft 3 isn't really like SC2 in a sense that the game doesn't revolve around extended build orders. It's pretty much a standard opening build order with a few variations and from there on it's more reacting to your situation. I don't know of any guides actually worth reading but you can watch pro replays just to get an idea of what units do what and what army composition works best vs an opposing composition. (Ex: Breakers, Priests, Sorcs, Mortars, Gyros works well vs Bears/DotC, Dryads, & Faerie Dragons)

read up on races and units.

Get a feel for what unit does what and just practice in game.

It's okay you'll probably loose a few before you begin to get the hang of it.

Watch replays too.
