AFTER MONTHS OF CONSTANCY, I HAVE DECIDED TO REPORT THIS - - - - - -

Dragon, a notorious hacker in B.NET USA EAST


Dragon, a known hacker in the Diplomatic community in USA East (Diplo Infi 2.8 - 7.7 - Diplo or War, Diplo BLOOD N IRON ETC) is known for DROP HACKING peoples games during lobby and during in game. He's known for STALKING people over BATTLE.NET and CONFESSED that he's been stalking for MONTHS and YEARS!

I find it very annoying and very scary for someone to be doing this. He does not live in US/CANADA and claims he lives in EUROPEAN UNION (Can't tell which country, against the rules). I've been hosting Diplomatic, Civilization, DOW (Diplo or War) games since 2007 and I had no idea of this.


He CLAIMS that I've been DHing (Drop hacking) and backstabbing him in most games. I have never DROPPED HACKED PEOPLE IN MY LIFE IN B.NET but I have backstabbed him for using exploitations and hacks in several diplo games to make him leave atleast....

HE WILL NOT STOP - MOST PEOPLE WHO PLAY DIPLO OVER THE YEARS KNOW DRAGON AS A HACKER -

It's falling apart because it's a very old game and SC2 is out. Go to ICCUP or another similar program if you want a hack free starcraft experience

Okay? And why can't Blizzard just IP ban this guys address so we can have a hack/stalk free Diplo community on US EAST?

My laptop can't handle Starcraft 2, so I'm usually into retro games.

Also, ICCUP is for melee gamers and I'm not into that, I'm in for Diplo games mostly.

For some people, they can change their ip address. It's just that many popular hacks bypass Warden so it's nearly impossible for Blizzard to catch hackers unless they start playing games and find hackers. Probably the best thing you can do is 3 things:
1) Combat hacks with hacks
2) Use a blacklist
3) Stop playing diplo games

(#2 is the best option)

It is true that i hack, and it is true that i stalk people and lobby-boot them if I believe they drop hack.
But I do not drop hack, not even against drop hackers.

No info about me is classified. Im always open and honest. Im 26 years old, I live in Budapest, Hungary, i play diplomacy maps on US east. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask.

I havent hacked in other blizzard games, I only use map hack and multi command on UMS maps, which are not supported. Which I believe basically means, that blizz will not even attempt to crack down on hacking on these maps. I hack because countless people do, not using the map hack and multi control would put me at a disadvantage. I understand that many people find this despicable, but in an enviroment where there is absolutely NO chance to enforce anti-hacking(UMS maps on public battle.net), this helps a lot. I striclty hack only on Starcraft UMS maps. And its just map and multi hack (and lobby boot, "host hack"), nothing like disconnecting people or anything malicious. Unimaginable number of people use these.

Even our blizz employee friend here said you could combat hacks with hacks. It should be clear to anyone, its a 1998 game and blizz cant track down people for you, just because someone is pissed.

Vampirism, you have yourself admitted on battle.net, that a person was over at your house with a laptop. I spotted it because he had your IP adress, and you confirmed it. This person said to me: "the hacks are not even on my comp" when i asked about your hacks. But it should be obvious to anyone who plays with you over extended perionds, that you hack, and indeed, im quite sure you drop hack. I watched you for years, played hundreds of games with you, and i can say with certainity, you drop hack. If you contact me on battle.net and if you will promise to stop that, then I can stop stalking you (I give every drop hacker a second chance) but I will not have this slander you posted here.

edit: about backstabbing, I never claimed thats a serious problem for me, that (too) is ridiculous.

Okay, i thought as much, however, the name is pretty misleading. But whatever, it doesn't matter. I do know they are blue, I just didn't really manage to actually take it into account.

About the ip: SPOT ON! Lol, he really burned himself now. I find it so unfair that half the world hates me because I dare to map/multi hack on BW UMS when I admit it every time openly, but these people DROP HACK, and they cry the loudest when that starts to have a consequence. I don't get them with their own drop hack, as i don't drop hack. I go after them and lobby boot hack them, which takes up my time, which is much harder than to just drop someone in 1 second during a game when you are losing...

I actually thought my name wasn't going to be misleading because it has the word "Open" in it. You get it? Open Tech Support and Blizzard Tech Support channel? I'm not official so it's "Open" and battle.net won't let me use support so I used help instead.

I believe there is an anti drophack out in the public but unfortunately it doesn't stop all drophacks so the innocent bnet community is getting hurt

Even if that were true, it makes it more likely that one hacks. As an average person doesn't know how to obtain ip adress. So it's not entirely false in most cases.

Would you mind sharing with us how can you get it without hacks? Any external application could be considered a hack.

Also, regardless of ip, i know for fact this guy hacks. I dont spend hours stalking someone any day I see him, unless I've good reason to. I watched the guy FOR YEARS before I started stalking him for his drop hackery.

Any external application isn't exactly a hack unless it "modifys" Starcraft in any way

A simple packet analysis program, such as Wireshark. You could probably even grab IP's through netstat, since it shows incoming connections as well.

Battle.net terms of use, point g: (you're not allowed to have:)

"(b) any connection using programs or tools not expressly approved by Blizzard; "

Open tech: by your definition map hack isn't a hack. Information showing is hack too. It may not directly be related to the game as a map hack but you are still not supposed to see people's ip, as it shows you information just like a map hack, with the use of unapproved third party program, just like a map hack.

Sixen: Like I said, that's only "simple" for people who are decent(or have some basic ideass about) at using computers. Which most people on battle.net, myself included, are NOT. A person on battle.net who obtains ip adresses, will obtain it from hack, not netstat, I spent so much of my time since 1998 on battle.net that I feel that Im allowed to make this generalisation. I had no idea about your "simple" methods and neither was open tech, and I'd bet anything that Vampirism certainly doesnt.

No offense, but he or his friend told me how he smokes weed, I rarely see him type coherent english, and he always writes in caps, and puts a lot of XXXX-es in whatever he types. Look at his account profile for example. Now this guy, im quite sure doesnt know how to get an ip. (Vamp correc me if im wrong)
