so my battlenet account with WoW and SC2 do not have diablo 2 or the expansion on it anymore? i used to have both on a battlenet account where i could download it and then put the cd key in, but it says i dont own any of those games anymore? :s

bring back paladins

take out LFD from WoW

I can't do much for you here but I'd guess you used a different Battle.net account to register the D2 games if you registered them.

The account you're posting from has no email address so i can't check it.

If you have either key still (16 digit format), email them to me at MartyT.Support@Blizzard.com and I can see where they''re claimed.

What account are you talking about? The email address I gave you is the actual Battle.net account name that you used to register the games.

Legacy account password retrievals are not at all the same as Battle.net account password retrievals.

It's a valid Battle.net account. You'll maybe need to call in to our Billing Department for help if you can't get a password retrieval for it working.

Billing representatives are on hand to take your call between 8am to 8pm Pacific Time, 7 days a week at 1-800-59-BLIZZARD (1-800-592-5499). Customers in Australia should call 1-800-041-378.
