I downloaded a couple maps from there just to try to get some fresh maps in circulation but they don't show up in game or even in the folder that I downloaded them to. They are RoC which is the version I have and the date they were submitted is recent. My OS is Windows 7 if that makes any difference.
After more messing around trying to figure stuff out, the files seem to be saving as a shortcut in a whole different folder. If I try to download the map again though into my warcraft3/maps/download folder it says that the file is allready there.
Early this morning I finally got them to work, I had to send them to recycling bin and then move them from there to my wacraft 3/maps/download folder. Anyone have any idea why this is the case?
