A ladder reset is being talked nowadays. IMHO it would be great if along with the reset, we could have some changes in all players skills. I'm not talking about the insignificant changes of 1.13, but for making more builts as powerful as hammerdins. It would be refreshing to play a new built of any character, as ong as it is smth new.
I believe it is easy to change some skills and make them more powerful, so that our interest in diablo II wont fade.

Also I would like to see the use of skills lvl 70.
The highest skill I have seen until today is near 45. Wouldn't it be nice if you could have a blessed hammer or a frenzy lvl 80??!!!!!!!!!!!
Imagine this great game going towards that direction. One change could be to increase hard point on every skill to 30 or 40. Bashiok should think about this.

About necro, I would like a strong built that doesn't have summons, because when 8 players are in a game, necro summons mess with the speed and graphics of game
