Ya, good luck with that... I've tried asking for that info on the tech support forum as well as through email. Constantly ignored. In my opinion being spammed by a dozen or more bots upon entering virtually any pubic game to be "harassment", but I can't get anyone from Blizzard to let me know of an appropriate email address to send the screen-shots... If by some miracle you are not ignored by the guys in blue, please post that info for all of us to use. Would love to see a public campaign against these bots that Blizzard can't ignore...

I definitely understand what you're saying. And I wish I knew the answer for you. I've been harassed by real people in game and through private messages before and have tried to report the harassment, but I can't get anyone at Blizz to let me know of my options for reporting it...

I don't consider anyone entering a game and going hostile with you to be harassment, but people who constantly send private messages with threats and racist noise etc. can get tiring. The spambots are the real harassment imo... In Blizzards ToS or ToU it specifically says that you can't harass other players, but I know of no email address to send screen shots of the harassment. I wish I did, cuz I would send in screen-shots every single day of the spam harassment...

This went on for at least 15 minutes and he kept going hostile with everyone in the group.

Even though it was my game, I left immediately, and created a new one. Then he joined that one and continued. I gave up after that.

That is D2 banter.

best way to deal with Flamers like that is to not acknowledge them.

I personally do not say a word to them. If they persist for longer than 5 minutes. then I park in town and go and do something around the house or go to the store. come back in 15 minutes and they'll be gone.

By talking to him, you are feeding him. It's what he wants.

Hell, go into a strip club and start using this kind of language to the employees. See how long it takes before you get kicked out. Why is Diablo 2 any different? It's not.
