I'm having a serious problem, I can get dota maps created by the guys, but when I create my cousin did not get in, and if it creates too I can not enter, which I understand is not the time to put the name of game, I see that everybody puts the name of the signal: # and a number (eg # 25), what is that number? because I can not create the map.

Most people cannot create games because their computer isnt set up to host games (Look at youtube/google theres hundreds of examples on how to host).
If you seee a game name like DotA Aus/Nz #33 the #33 usually means the game was created by a host bot. Most host bots automatically add # and the next consecutive number to rehost the game, keeping it on the games list.
That error message...I dont have a clue.
