I bought this eon's ago but never got on with it, however after clearing my attic I decided to give it go and I haven't stopped playing it all weekend.

Many are still playing D2, mostly in anticipation of D3. A lot of players, however, are playing in private games within, what I like to call, "gated communities" to avoid spambots and hackers.

Well, I was pouring a decent amount of time into D2, until we got a Wii with Zelda: Twilight Princess. I've clocked 60 hours since that otherwise probably would have gone into D2.
Whoever created the Diablo spambots need to have their baby-makers taken from them.
