Ive been noticing that sometimes my pc will restart when playing d2 LoD. Heres my rig.

Also i noticed I get temp banned for browsing the internet while playing d2.

Let's get your PC to stop restarting and give you an error message first. Try this - http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21033 Get a sheet of paper and a pen or pencil handy to copy it down. We need the message to figure out what it is doing.
Browsing the internet shouldn't cause you to get a temp ban. Can you try running Diablo II in a window and see if that helps you with that?
Right-click on the shortcut you use to start Diablo II and select "Properties"
You should see a target line in the new window that is already highlighted.
Add -w to the end of what is already there, be sure that there is a space between the hyphen and the end-quote and that there is a space.
It should look similar to this:
"C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -w
