I quit diablo2 for the 7th time due to these constant bans that blizzard has enforced to get rid of boting but in the end bots find a way around it and legit players suffer the consquences. So what does this tell me? Blizzard knows this and does nothing about it. They don't care about bots, thats just a perfect excuse to try and make more moeny.... how? It's pretty simple to me, moeny is everything to these people. Bans in diablo 2 are rediculous and will only get worst... Why? well it's pretty much like this... Does blizzard make moeny when you play diablo2 on bnet?... No..do they lose moeny mainataining the servers up?...Yes...perhaps very little moeny due to the fact they hardly care about diablo2 anymore but never the less they lose moeny paying employes to do somewhat of a job attending diablo2 services.. So how do bans help...well they don't but they have a chance of helping...people eventually get sick of all the bans and quit diablo, most of them might just quit and go on with out gaming or playing some other free on-line game but some might end up playing World of warcraft...and world of warcraft = moeny to blizzard every month. There's been such a delay in the relase of starcraft2 and diablo3....yet they are releasing world of warcraft expansions back to back non stop...I still can't beleive starcraft 2 is finally going to be released this month.. it's about damn time! Anyways blizzard doesn't agree with the release of these games with free on-line gaming aka: "battle.net"... They might make a good amount of moeny on the release of these games but down the line they might lose world of warcraft customers to these new games hence they will lose a constant income from these players and in the end make less moeny. When they say the will take the time needed to make these games perfect, I beleive them, but I also hear a voice in the back ground saying "We also want more time so we can squeeze the juice out of these paying world of warcraft customers"...just listen to the graveyard angel of death in wow and her sick twisted hard to make out comments...blizzard is a great company but it's run by humans and like all humans, the more moeny they have, the more moeny they want....stingy ,greedy ,ignorant mother f....let me not say the rest.... in the end everything has to do with moeny...yes even the bans in diablo 2.

I agree, Blizzard does care a great deal more about WoW, but you have to think logically, of course Blizzards going to favour WoW over the other games.
Think of it this way: you have 3 kids, all 2 of them do all day is take your money and spend it on beer, but the other one has a job and brings in a steady supply of money and stays clear from bankruptcy. Which one are you going to like? The answers obvious. You cant really blame Blizzard for favouring WoW more, theyre just human beings like us. We all like money dont we?

And anyway, maybe they're releasing more ptaches so they can have more funds for SC2 or Diablo3.
