Why is there 2 drop hacker teams in 4v4 at top ladder they also have abusers on team so they go 0-100 on two accounts and other two have 100-0 ?

What can be done against this? As its clearly against the rules? Should i report them 2 hacks? or just ignore it since it doesnt look like blizzard has done anything yet and they are allready over lvl 30 with drop hacking players and abusing?
Its not even possible 2 create smurfs and play on different nicks cos these guys are playing with abusrs so u met them anyways..

The question is 4v4 players supposed 2 do? stop playing 4v4 at until some1 looks into it? or meet them every 2 game since no one else will be left playing 4v4..
