Every single day, I get tempbanned for hours over nothing.
Every single day, I get the "game does not exist" join bug. I've had friends wait for me in a game for HOURS to mule 4 items off 3 chars, cause after every save&exit, I get kicked from bnet and tempbanned, just like that.
I've lost 4 runewords so far just to the game does not exist bug. I'm so bored of resetting my router I'm considering writing a telnet script to make it reset every 5 minutes, which is more than the average game length bnet can hold.
This happens on Europe and not just to me, but to everyone else, people just keep telling me "yeah, happens all the time, just wait 15 minutes to play".
Any plans on fixing this?
I'm watching 2 friends bot right now, they're at the 384th game or something with no problems. Here I am, just trying to join a baal run on normal, getting kicked/tempbanned/game does not exist after every single one.
Sup, are humans not allowed to play anymore, just bots?

If you're being restricted often, something in your playstyle is probably causing it. I suggest you basically slow down. Do not join too many games over a short time span. Do not do things in a game that can cause a lot of screen lag such as casting certain spells over and over. Activities like these are what the servers monitor for as they are often used to try to exploit the game. We can't individually tailor the thresholds used by the servers on a per-user basis so as I said, try to change your playstyle in order to eliminate the restrictions.
