It's been weeks since the 10 day trial I started has ended; the icon just opened up in my account management screen one day so I clicked it assuming it would go away after the trial ended.
Like I said: it's been weeks since the trial ended and still this icon with under it "Trial expired" is in the games page of my account. Why won't it go away? I only started the trial to get it out of my page and I never even downloaded the game. I never had any interest in trying the game, again, so how can I get it to disappear off my games page?
Also, why does blizzard keep sending me new trial keys? I've gotten a trial of the game at least 4 times in the past and these things just keep popping up. Can I sign some unsubscribe list or something to stop getting these?
Can we pretend to be squirrels hording our nuts for the winter?

You'd need to call in and talk to our Billing people to see if they can help remove the game from your account.
Billing representatives are on hand to take your call between 8am to 8pm Pacific Time, 7 days a week at 1-800-59-BLIZZARD (1-800-592-5499). Customers in Australia should call 1-800-041-378.
Please note that when dialing our 800 number, you may hear a recording stating all representatives are busy which means our queue is full. We suggest you keep redialing until you are placed into the queue where you will be helped by the next available representative.
There ought to be instructions at the bottom of any email we send on how to unsubscribe.
