Me and my friend are attempting to use Ventrilo while playing WC3, but are running in to a few problems.
I can talk and it works fine, but for some reason he stops hearing me at some points for an extended period of time, then randomly gets everything i said all at once. Very frustrating trying to play like this and was wondering if anyone knew the solution?
Or could it possibly be on my end thats causing this problem?
I had this problem as well, it's not related to Warcraft. In the Ventrilo setup, look under the speech tab and experiment with the output device. I think the one you need is to use DirectSound. I gather this is for Vista/Win7?
