When i play on warcraft 3 bots games like on warlock or legion td maps, i get disconnected 5sec after the loading screen. It happens 6/10 times but im only disconnected from the game, not from battle.net. I am on win xp sp3 and i use a wireless usb key (netgear wn111). I already updated all my drivers, the router firmware but couldnt fix the problem. FOr 1.5years i played in warcraft3 multiplayers custom games with a *!!!ty wireless key and i never got any disconnection like this without any cause. And few weeks ago, it just began to happen. I ordered a new wireless key (netgear wn111) but it didnt fix the problem. I tried to play with another computer wired to the router and i didnt get any disconnection!
Thanks for your help!

My router is pluged straight into internet socket id say. There is a filter like this (http://www.hfinformatique.be/images/produits/327.jpg) because the phone is connected there too. But its not new at all, i used internet like this for about 2years without any problem. The router is connected with another computer that do not have wireless card, but here too its not new.
This kind of sounds like the problem i have been having, i can connect to battle.net get into a game (legion TD) play for 5-10 mins then all of a sudden i just get disconnected but it is like my whole net just restarts itself because everything else disconnects. I play plenty of other internet games but this is the only one that restarts/disconnects my internet.
in my case, it doesnt disconnect from battle.net or any other running programs. Only from the game i joined and that is really weird. Battle.net support, tell me how to fix it plz.

Yes im positive its well configured. I upgraded the firmware few days ago hoping it would solve the problem but nothing changed. Now i have more information. I tried on the router using a ethernet wire and i still got disconnection. I tried on another modem (not a router) with ethernet wire and it still disconnected!! My guess is it is my computer software/hardware... But what exactly? i never had that problem before.

Can you try running in Selective Startup? This will stop other programs from running in the background. To run in Selective Startup, view the link below:

I tried but i am still disconnected , like 5times on 10... Here is a list of all running processes on my computer:

Bleh... Please run me a tracert. To run a tracert, follow the steps below:
1) Go to Start > Run
2) Type in "command" or "cmd" depending on your OS.
3) Make sure the directory you are in is your desktop. You can change directories using the "cd" command.
4) Type in "tracert *realm.battle.net > hi.txt".
5) You let the tracert run, and there should be a new .txt file on your desktop. (30 is the last run)
6) Post the contents of "hi.txt" in a reply.
*: Change this with your realm. For example, useast.battle.net.
(If you use a Mac, please let me know and I will tell you how to specifically run it on a Mac)

Yes im still disconnected... but only from bots games (ghost), not from battle.net as i already said. If it doesnt disconnect on the other computer with the same router, then that means the problem is not from the router neither from the ISP. So what could it be? I came here in support to get help...
