If you play single player... not a problem.
If you play on realms you might have problems, maybe unrecognised version, and possible ban depending on how your "skin" is implemented.
You shouldnt have trouble if it only modifies the original game config files an doesnt involve running another program.

Paindia Please recognize that just because some action has not happened yet does not mean it will remain that way. Take note, modification of any of the programs files can also be against the terms of use. I would email support@blizzard.com perhaps for more direction about the possibility of being banned if using the mana/health potion modifier.

Using anything that alters/replaces the game's files while connected to battle.net can result in a nondiscriminatory ban that probably can not be appealed, because it is detected and disciplined by bots (funny how that works, eh?). So that would include a skin mod, unless of course you were on single player and did not connect to battle.net\.
I'm thinking of raising a boner next ladder. Anyone want to rub, I mean run, with me?
