countless times, I redownload it whenever it tells me its not authorized. This is the usual scenario:
I download it,**** unblock it, set the compatability to run as admin, right click it run as admin, get the error "not authorized" it closes, i shift delete it, download it again, do some random whatever to try and fix it (such as the unclick the "run as admin" under the compatability) and it 'll work or it wont work and ill end up downloading it up to 7-8 times before it just randomly decides okay why not.
****sometimes the download is corrupted might i add, the usual size of the downloader is 2.63 MB occasionally it'll continue downloading up to 4.2 MB 's or not even reach up to 2MB's before saying the download is complete and it wont even open when i try but thats a different matter all together.
yeah i was going to try internet explorer next, but right now i have Diablo 2 downloading at a whopping less than 56k internet speed. (my own fault :D) I'll try downloading the Diablo 2 LoD downloader with internet explorer in and out of safe mode as soon as the diablo 2 download finishes.
Right now I'm assuming I, along with everyone else having this problem, went into properties and checked the "run this program as an administrater" option hence why we're having the problem. This is based off the fact that when i last unchecked it, it seemed to be working alright when i started the program (right clicking and running it as admin of course)
I'll do more research on the matter and hopefully find the solution QQ feel free to give me suggestions, im really dreading the LoD download
