I'm from Poland and I've got a problem :/. My Diablo II classic is in English language and Diablo II LoD is in my language - Polish. I wanna play in PL language in BNet. Can change from ENG to PL? If yes - how?

I have only cd-keys. I bought it in something like e-bay. Seller said the classic got PL language.
You can register and select language for your games at battle.net, then you'll get the downloadble version. Be advised that you cannot change language once you've selected one. And you need to register keys for both Diablo 2 and the expansion.

I'll register it. But will it change something? Or maybe if I talk with Blizz Tech support, can they add my language into my cd key? Or delete game from my battle.net account?

Once you try to register a game you will be presented with an option to pick a language.
If I remember correctly the CD-keys have nothing with the language to do, so if you want to install the Polish version with a CD you should be able to just borrow an install cd from a friend or the like and use your key.
If I'm trying to register my D2, I see "Grats. You broke it. This page doesn't exist or some other horrible error occured.". Can any1 help me? What the hell is going on? :|
