If you are dual wielding, does the crushing blow added from one weapon apply to attacks made by the other weapon as well? Or does each weapon retain its own crushing blow chance?

I'm fairly certain weapons have their own separate Crushing Blow percentages. However, any CB% you have from non-weapon items will apply normally to BOTH weapons. So, if you're using Guillaume's Face, "Black" and a Lightsabre, "Black" will have 75% chance of crushing blow and your Lightsabre will have 35% chance of crushing blow.

Wrong.... Due to the fact that Crushing Blow items often stack, it is possible to get up to 100% chance for Crushing Blow going over this amount however is useless...

I dont see how what krem said is wrong :
For each weapon you add all your gear's crushing blow, except for the other weapon's ( true both for dual-wielding barb and assasin, though not many claws have CB)
Each CB chance will be calculated seperately when using skills such as double swing, double throw,frenzy or WW even when the weapons hit in the same frame.
