Hi, seems i am not only one lost today 7 of my 8 chars (total chars: 3 ladder softcore europe, 5 non-ladder softcore europe) after i played some with my soso, ladder softcore named light_strike, when i saved game and exited i was disconected from my acc, tryed to login back, i saw in char window a msg something like this "the realm u are try to access is not available or may have tehnical issues, or u may have connection problems, check if firewall port 61xx (dunno exactly) is opened and/or try again later"
I was gone from pc for about a half of hour after retry and seen same msg, thinked realm may have some problems for moment, when i camed back at pc after halfhour, login and what i seen? Only the char i played before bnet problem (specified above) remain in my list, all other 7 gone, please hel me, i sended e-mail at support, but i am to desperate to wait so much :( i have many valuable items on my chars and worked so much to get em :( i saw here at other ppl that i have to post my missing chars and acc on wich they was, so here it is:

1. snow_master - non-ladder, softcore - sorceress
2. smithy_master - non-ladder, softcore - palladin
3. trapy_master - non-ladder, softcore - assasin

6. hammy_master - Ladder, softcore - palladin
7. smyti_master - Ladder, softcore - palladin

Please help me, i hope i get them back and my items i have on them too, i didn't used hacks or bots or others :( i remained only with light_strike, a soso ladder, softcore :( i want others back :(
