Have no router, firewall is off, running on administrator, Xp , have no peer guard or similar programs. Here's the log :

Perhaps you were one of those unlucky enough to get slapped with a completely random ban due to the patch release.
Failpatch 1.24 has arrived, prepare to kick a kitten out of boredom.
A patch is supposed to fix things, hence, the reason it is called a patch. What do you call a patch that breaks thing? BS.
... You aren't banned. Are you running Windows Vista? If so, make sure you're running in administrative mode. If not, take a look at the thread below for more information. Also, be sure to follow all steps provided:
Also, see this Support link below:

So I found a keylogger and some viruses, maybe that was the source of the problem. So i cleaned all the viruses , also the Frozen Throne.exe witch was also infected, then checked for spyware and adware with some scanner and finally reformatted my computer, but still get the same message, though the viruses are gone.

Alright, try doing a fresh install using the Digital Downloads. Here's how to do it:
1) Create and verify a new Blizzard Account, if you don't have one already:
2) After logging in, click on "Games" under My Account Controls. Or, click here:
3) Click the Add a New Game button. Or click this:
4) Enter your CD-Key and select your language, when prompted.
5) You can now download the game by clicking the Windows or Apple logos, depending on your OS.
6) Install using the Game Key shown by clicking "[View Game Key]".
So I managed to solve the problem. It was caused by some spyware or a key loger, which I managed to remove using an online scaner : http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm
Thanks for support guys ;]
