I have a problem where I merged one of my closed WoW accounts to the BNET account. Now obviously I was just trying it out but seeing as it stuck there I decided to use a friends old account and merged that with my BNET hoping it would replace the original merge.

Now I have 2 accounts merged to the 1 BNET and I don't want either of them there. I have A WoW copy and a burning crusade copy under the BNET account which have 2 different usernames linked to each.

I will provide email if needed, or perhaps someone here knows how I can remove this link myself?

You can't. Not by yourself, at least.

You're also posting this in the wrong forums. I would start by calling our Billing Department at 1.800.59BLIZZARD to discuss the merged accounts.

That's exactly what the tech support said but I live out in New Zealand, it would cost too much to call them.
I'm surprised you guys haven't put the option in, I'd probably be better off just making a new account and losing my D2 cdkey.

EDIT: I'm curious why I can't just email someone directly and have them do it? Email is better than phone call. Simple issue, should be simple solve.

The reason we require players to call in is for your privacy and protection.

You can try emailing billing@blizzard.com from the registered email address, but I can't guarantee that they won't tell you to call in.
