These issues usually occur when someone gets a keylogger on their computer. You will need to deal witht he Billing depratment to recover the aco**!@ and then the GM department to regain your stuff but you want to make sure the keylogger is off your system otherwise you will be comprimised again.
To start, please make sure that you have the latest security updates and patches for your operating system. There are many security updates that can prevent viruses and similar programs from gaining access to your system.

Please run a full virus scan with updated definitions, preferably with 2 or more anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. You may have run anti-virus scans previously, but it is possible that the anti-virus program you have does not have information about the virus or trojan that may be could potentially be causing a problem.

Please Note: it is not unheard of for keyloggers to also grab information about an email address. You may want to consider changing your password for your email account or changing the email you use for World of Warcraft.
