And i cant upload it as CD-key is invaild!

The only games that can be registered are those that have a digital download of the client software.

Warcraft II Battle.net edition does not currently have one and can not be registered to the new Battle.net accounts.

The games that can be registered are WarCraft III, Diablo II, both of their expansions. StarCraft. and World of Warcraft.
