i hope a blizzard rep could read this. how does stores like d2legit, d2items, lewt.com, vritems get their hands on so many items at such a low price? they have basically unlimited items for sell & they never run out of stock? they really take away the fun of the game by selling these illegal hacked items :( every game i joined, i was spammed by their spam bots. i took a look at their sites, they have basically all items, whether perfect stats or not, at unlimited stock? how is this possible?

they have multiple bots running 24/7 that are running with an automated program that kills everything for them and also picks up all the best loot drops.

they will leave the crappy drops for anyone to pick up, so you can actually get some mediocre gear just following bots through baal runs.

then they have mule accts set up that sit there in a game waiting for them to come in and drop items and they pick them up and put them in the bank for them... you can even get bot programs that will sort the loot out for you onto different mule characters..

its really ridiculous.

so after a few weeks these guys are sitting on piles of items and they want to make some money, so they sell them dirt cheap, because 2$ is better than nothing.

while they are spamming and selling their items their bots are still running and producing more...

so unless they get a giant influx of customers all of a sudden, their stockpile of items never really goes down.

then there is duping going on as well, but its not nearly as rampant as the botters.

most of the cheap items come from botters, the dupers are actually a lot less common, not many items ever go 'poof' really compared to the number that are out there.

duping usually involves tricking the game into thinking something has happened that really didnt by overloading it with constant commands in quick succession, or other means, and is usually a lot more difficult to replicate reliably.

bots can run 24/7 and never stop, its easy, and its basically free.
once you set it up, you dont even have to bother with it very often.

its really sad that they let their game get so over run.

every time i log into D2 now i think "this is the land of farmers and spammers"

they dont even try to stop the spamming... lol.

Ultimate Diablo II & Patch 1.13 --> http://forums.battle.net/thread.html?topicId=16888679236&sid=3000

The captcha is a good start but need to be improved...bots can still join random games and do thier things or waiting for a "gamename#" with adding +1 joining your game and mf while you're doing anything else.. okay, no more baalbot... but still mf'ing...captcha while creating game will not help to get rid of all those @#$%?#@! spam bots...and entering a captcha everytime I join a game will be too annoying.

those are not drops by mf bots in anyway, how do you think they have unlimited perfect coa while they are so scarce for everyone else? if any of you have experience farming, you would know that those items that they sell simply do not drop at those rate, even if you have mass bot :( they are forums that talk about d2legit & their accomplices selling duped items but change id so that they would not dissappear. how else do you think they can sell rare items on 2 sites, but both sites are selling the same rare items with the same name & stats? rare only drops once my goodness..

I very much doubt that sites like lewt could change an item's ID. If that was the case, why don't they sell perm unperm'd items? Why do they always say "This item is non-perm. There is a chance it may vanish if you don't perm before exiting a game" when they could simply make the duped item perm and sell it for a whole lot more? Perm Wizardspike gloves would go for a hell of a lot more than unperm ones, I'm sure...

And yes, believe it or not, these sites have a TON of bots working for them. The reason why they have so many Perfect CoA's is because they likely have hundreds of bots MF'ing 24/7, and due to the lack of people willing to pay $35+ bucks for a single item, they can actually build up a stock of said item. Heck, I remember the price of some of their stuff like a couple of weeks in from the last ladder reset. I was checking the site out to get an idea on how they were doing after the reset and I was shocked that they were selling brand new Griefs on the new ladder for well over $100 bucks! Of course, after a few more months in the price decreased because they probably collected more of a stock, but still, that's just downright insane. And what's really insane is the fact that a couple of people are actually willing to pay that much...

even that often would be anoying ... and the loggin part may not have an affect as they could log in for the bot. Creating/joining games but not everyone ... maybe random with a penalty if he can't do it?

those sites do not use mf bots, believe it or not. there are just items that even 10k mf bots would not give you like unlimited of them. blizzard obviously know there's a bug in the game & instead of patching it, they let it loose. these stores are the main reason why the game economy is so bad.
