Fix the bug with 0xAA. It has been around since forever and needs a long-deserved patch. Too many states on an entity causes an infinite loop due to no terminator and deadlocks the client. It has been spread around over the years and now there are quite a number of griefers who exploit it.
Would be cool if this gets a fix because the only way to protect yourself against it is the use of third party wares that append a self-fix to the packet. I'm sure Hardcore players would much appreciate it since the connection on BNet isn't terminated for a while after you kill the hanging D2 client which can lead to a very nasty PK of your idle character.

I guess you'd call that carelessness? That's the same reason this bug has been active for all these years anyway.
