I just bought this copy of Warcraft III, this occurs before and after i install The Frozen Throne.. The thing that gets me is if i remove the game and reinstall i can get into Bnet 1 time before i shut down the game... then this error occurs when i attempt to go back into Bnet.

I saw another post about running in admin mode... I am the admin on the computer... what else am i able to do?

No, run the game in Administrative mode, not use the Admin account. Right-click on it, select Properties, go to the Compatibility Tab, check in "Run as Administrator".
