1. Click Start, then Run.
2. Type in CMD. When you see the command prompt come up, right-click and choose "Run as Administrator."
3. When the window comes up, type in the following in succession, all without the quotes:
1. Navigate to /Applications/Utilities/ and launch Terminal.
2. Copy/Paste the following:
For Leopard (10.5):
dscacheutil -flushcache
For Tiger (10.4) and Panther (10.3):
lookupd -flushcache
3. Press return.

Unplug the power to your modem and router. Leave them for 2-3 minutes. Plug everything back in the same way the signal comes into the house (Modem, then router) and reboot your computer.
