This issue isn't exactly about me but a friend of mine. Supposedly he can't connect to bnet and he believes he might've been banned temporarily, though he has no idea of what he has done exactly.

In fact, he played a game at bnet about 3 hours ago and everything went smoothly, but he can't connect now for some reason.

I don't know if it has anything to do with this issue but... after having played, he installed Diablo II and thought he might've got the cd key wrong cause he tried connecting to bnet on Diablo II and it showed the wrong cd key message. Shortly after he tried connecting to Bnet on Warcraft III and it didn't work either.

He's got a private IP so I think he didn't get banned because of someone else.

The account he uses more often on battlenet is "Klown" and I'd like to know if he's really banned or, in case he isn't, how to fix this problem.
