We’re in the process of working on Diablo II content patch 1.13, and we want to try to include the Diablo community’s most important changes in our production schedule. To achieve this we’re asking for your input on what you’d like to see in this patch. However, we’re making it a bit stricter than a full-blown wish list.

If you were to get an advance look at the patch notes for Diablo II 1.13, what is the one patch note you would want to see?

Our goal is to get an overall sense of the single most important request from every member of the community. We want as many posts as we can get for the largest cross section, so if you have friends who used to play Diablo II or just don’t frequent the forums as much as you do, let them know this is here so we can get their “#1 patch note” too.

Please be mindful that we’re not going to be able to make every change mentioned, but hopefully with your feedback we can prioritize and do our best to cover as much as possible.

I'd really like to see some usage of the "Standard of Heroes" in the game, whether it be given to us what it does when it comes out or whether we'll have to find out our self. I'd also love it if there was a huge addition of runewords varying it up again, and maybe more uses for Perfect Gems then just crafting, other then that, how about more skills ;) we all love new stuff, lets get some ideas

What is your limit? Can you do anything?(except of course graphical changes)
Fixes in bold, underlines are suggestions

Heres my list


SUGGESTIONS (In importance order):

Shared stash
Ability to respec stats/skill
Add new pages to Stats to show elemental absorbs, total amount of resistance to an element, mana/hp leach, Gold/ magic find % and every other stat not showed ingame
Resolution scaling (Which doesn't give an advantage)
Players 8 for battlenet closed (seriously that would kick ass)
Reduce the amount of invulnerabilities on Hell monters. Its impossible for a sorceress to beat Hell. (Invul to fire, invul to thunder, invul to ice, how the hell can I kill them?)
Bigger stash
New low level areas (Like the cow level or Uber tristram, but for low level 20/30/40?)
Give important synergies on highest level skills to increase the damage of lowest level skills
More synergies (mostly for barbarian and druid)
More uniques
More runewords
More synergies (mostly for barbarian and druid)
Enable everything "Multiplayer only" on singleplayer. That include, uberdiablo, ubertristart (Uberquest) New runewords etc
Increase the quality of forged items in act1


IMPORTANT FIXES REQUIRE (Not in importance order):

In act1, if you take the mercenary, you can't get another one for free after completing quests for them. Make it so we can by adding an option after we finish the quest. (Would you like to exchange Arka for mage kijum?)
Fix the bugged mercenary voices. First act mercenary voice is awful and we clearly see its bugged. It sounds like a man.
Fix the crashing caused by the patch 1.12 (The new no cd cause unexpected crashes)
Remove the "kill the Cow king prevent making the Cow level portal"
-Fix rushing (Taking a level 1 to act 5 and beyond) Seriously, level 10 min to kill andy, and similar levels for higher boss
-Reduce the amount of invulnerabilities on Hell monters. Its impossible for a sorceress to beat Hell. (Invul to fire, invul to thunder, invul to ice, how the hell can I kill them?)
-Get rid of maphack
Get rid of BOTS (Aka spammers that we can't block/mute because they "Aren't logged into battlenet")
Fix skills with bugged synergies (IE: skill that increase Warmth damage, a passive skill)
Some skills have no synergies but recieve bonus from other skills without synergies (Barb skill tree is full of them. Some warcry have hidden synergies that increase the damage of skills)

Thats all for now.

Oh wait the most important one? Holy crap. There is so many things that need to be fixed...

As Riem said, Respec ability and a Resolution Scaling would be awesome.
@Riem, theres already a show FPS/Ping option, press Enter, type /fps and enter again.

okay, here's a minor one:

Rune drop percentages increased for runes pul and above.
This would solve the duping issue without even having to fix the security holes.

Not really sure how hard it would be to do, but maybe even some artwork change in unique and set items... make them all look unique, instead of some of them looking the same as mundane weapons. That might be harder to do, or even unnecessary due to DIII on the way.
Maybe it would be easier to add some more runewords or uniques instead.

the 2 most important: remove enigma and nerf iron maiden!

amazon: buff plague skills

druid: fire druids are useless in hell. needs buff
summoner druid needs something to speed up killing

pala: hammer is ok without enigma. you dont need to nerf this guy:P

sorc: is fine

necro: poison and bone needs a slight buff. nerf CE damage but make it scale with player number.
buff golems

barb: hes fine if you nerf iron maiden:P

assa: martial tree is weak. needs huge buff

and ad a lot of new RWs and uniques/sets:P

Im just trying to help. I don't really care for a CONTENT patch, as long as the bugs get fixed (Bugs i wrote in my post)

Bugfixes:
- Most importantly, of course try to fix duping
- Fix TPPK and PK-Hacks
- Fix the +x Damage bug (found on the Grief Weapon for example)
- Fix the etheral Armor Upgrade bug
- Fix the "Questdrop"-Bugs on Act Bosses
- Provide game stability

Gameplay Changes:
- Fix Hellforgerushs and provide a new way of finding higher runes which is a little more reasonable than having them randomly dropped
- Change the way that Uber Diablo is spawned
- Provide a safe way of muling alone
- Make Act 1, 3 and 5 mercenaries more attractive in comparison to Act 2 mercenaries

Balance Changes:
- Remove the "+1 Teleport" attribute from the Enigma Armor or seriously weaken it
- Seriously weaken the Aura on the Infinity Weapon
- Seriously weaken Blessed Hammer when combined with Concentration Aura, especially in Classic Diablo 2
- Remake Annihilus and Hellfire Torch, as in my opinion they are overpowered and unimaginative

- Fix TPPK
- lower the 10 second of taking waypoints after you hostiled so there's a chance for legit pkers.
- make the world event harder, like spawning Diablo, Mephisto AND Baal so there won't be so many annis.
- improve the rustorm system - delete sockables such as runes and gems, if they were duped so the ladder reset will be actually fun.
- ban www.indiablo.de users from this site.
- add a gamefilter - it could look like this -> http://i44.tinypic.com/1qltuq.jpg

I concur with Riem:

- Ability to respec stats/skills.

Although this is my "top choice" I would also like to see a shared and/or larger stash and, for instance, a 1024 x 768 resolution (or any bigger than the current ones).
