It's noticeably easier to get locked out of bnet for quickly switching characters, or quickly entering games now. This makes it that much harder to transfer items by yourself. They tell us that they're not responsible for us getting scammed in that type of situation, but they make it hard to do it by yourself.

The temporary ban makes no sense at all now. I'm tired of being punished for problems that they just don't want to fix. Just keep inconveniencing us, who cares if that's the only way you can compete in the game.

Make it easier on yourself. Don't be in such a rush. I used to do the same thing. I have a couple of mules specifically for other things (runes, gems, sets, etc), and I like to stay organized. If a game has been up for five minutes or so, it'll be there for five minutes. You don't have to play "beat the clock." Especially if you have to log several mules.

It's ridiculous switching just 2 characters quickly will get you locked out.

And it's ridiculous that you have to log back into your game with a different char within 0.5 seconds. It'll be there for five minutes, why do you have to have to try to break the Guinness Book of World Records for trying to switch characters?

And you can thank the bots like cakehub, rewskater, tarpassio and lopukosk for the idiot trading sites for helping clog the intertubes on bnet because they can't recognize the difference between advertising and harassment. This is one of the reasons that it becomes unstable enough to cause temporary restrictions. I'd even be willing to bet that they're crashing bnet's servers because they can't figure out that they're turning off potential customers.

I think that Blizzard might be hoping that everyone will completely abandon battle.net and go to version 2 when D3 comes out. Or maybe version 2 might be hosting D2 as well.
