Oh man i guess i cant use my 3rd cpu.Thats ok i have other cpu's.Oh well i realy dont blame them those kind of cpu's go realy slow.

man, if you have a windows 98 computer and play online wc3, you will be 10fps and 200ms ping all time, its no use trying to solve it, get windows xp instead
